The Dakota Story:

I bought this truck after graduating from college in 2000. The truck started out as my daily driver, however, I soon found out this thing has two major flaws. The first flaw is that it gets 14-15 mpg- that gets expensive when driving 100 miles a day. The second major flaw was found when driving in the winter. The huge tires suck in snow. After that first year, I swore I wouldn't drive it in the winter anymore. Now I use the truck to haul the bikes around and any other light duty hauling needs that come up. In time, I'd like to upgrade the suspension to a Hotchkis set-up. This will lower the truck about an inch all around, add larger front and rear sway bars, and provide custom valved shocks.
